A cycling challenge day with something for everyone, with all proceeds going to charity. Three different rides following fully marshalled routes that start and finish at the Army Training Camp at Halton, near Lancaster.
Wrynose or Bust: a truly continental cycling sportive of over 112 miles, through the hills of the Lake District, including severe climbs over Grisebeck, a 25% climb up Wrynose with a 30% decent to Little Langdale, before returning through Grizedale Forest.
The Bay Dash: is a more moderate cycling ride of just over 60 miles which still requires a reasonable level of fitness. The start follows the Wrynose route round the edge of Morecambe Bay to Cark, through the lovely Cartmel valley, before returning to the start.
The Family Fun Ride: is a more relaxed and relatively easy 12 mile route, suitable for all the family. The route follows dedicated Sustran cycling routes to Morecambe, before returning to the start via the Lancaster Canal cycle path.

This is a fund raising promotion organised by

All net proceeds are in aid of Cancercare, Rainbow House and Polio Plus with smaller contributions to
a few other local Rotary initiatives.
