Today I went in the car
to my mate`s at La Mure. From there we biked the 7kms on the road to
Allons, where we went through the village onto the bridleway to Vergons.
This is about 8kms uphill and about 8kms down with about some 5kms
of “flat”.At Vergons we had a beer, filled our bottles
from the fountain and rode the 10kms (uphill & downhill) to St
Andre les Alpes where we joined the road for the 4kms back to Ray`s.
