The picture was taken outside the clubs meeting place in Wright St.
At that time I was more a social member,but did a little racing, but I was no good as I was a smoker !!!!!!!!!
But I did go with Roy Freeman and Harry Wright on the Southport to Carlisle and back.
I really enjoyed the Sunday social runs to Wales, Yorkshire, Derbyshire etc.
